  • Reservation Policies

    A valid credit card is required to secure the reservation, unless the guest has already prepaid for the room. If the guest's credit card is invalid, the hotel reserves the right to cancel the reservation at any time. To prevent cancellation in such cases, please update your credit card information.

    Please be aware that prepaid credit cards, debit cards, and third-party credit cards are not accepted as a means of reservation guarantee as they will not allow pre-authorization. 


  • Check In Policies

    Our guarantee check-in time is at 4PM PST.

    Minimum of check-in age is 19 years old. Upon check-in, guests are required to present a government-issued photo ID and a major credit card (VISA, American Express, and Mastercard only) in their name. An authorization hold of the total amount plus an additional $100 for incidentals will be placed on the credit card at check-in, which will appear as "Pending" on the card. The total amount will be settled on the day of check-out, and the $100 difference will be released within 3-5 business days. However, if the guest prefers to pay with a different method, such as a debit card, at check-out, the entire authorization (room, tax, and incidentals) will be released.

    If the guest has prepaid their stay, the balance due at check-in will be $0, and only an authorization hold of $100 for incidentals will be placed on the credit card.


  • Kitchen Rooms

    All of our Apartment Suites and Multi-bed Suites come equipped with kitchens. If you have booked a Superior 2 Queen Beds Studio or King Studio room, you also have the option to add a kitchen to your room for a daily fee of $15. The optional kitchen will be located within your room for your convenience.

  • Environmental Policies - Compostable

    Sustainability needs everyone's help; therefore, we are committed to providing compostables wherever possible and trying to get our supplies locally, too. We've achieved three Green Key programs, and we are Biosphere Committed. Currently, we are pursuing Biosphere Certification.

  • Dog Policy

    Please inform us if you are allergic to dogs.

    Our hotel only allows dogs as pets, with limited availability of dog-friendly rooms. Dogs weighing up to 40 pounds are permitted. Please contact our guest service team in advance to ensure a dog-friendly room is available. We provide a comfortable memory foam dog bed, bowls for food and water, and doggy treats for your convenience. A pet fee of $30 night per night plus tax ($40 plus tax if you have two dogs) and a pet policy waiver are required.

  • Non Smoking Policies

    At Robin Hood Inn & Suites, we are fully committed to maintaining a smoke-free environment for the health and safety of our guests and hospitality team. We kindly remind our guests that any use of candles, incense, essential oils (diffusing, vaporizing, etc.) is also prohibited on the property. These items and activities will be treated as smoking, and a minimum fine of $600 CAD will be accessed. Additionally, guests may be evicted with no refunds. Thank you for your cooperation in helping us maintain a healthy and pleasant atmosphere for all.

  • Payment Policy

    All reservations require a major credit card that can be pre-authorized at check-in for the estimated stay and incidentals. When booking a non-refundable rate, 100% of the stay is due at time of booking.

  • Late Check-Out Policies

    Our regular check-out time is at 11:00 am PST.

    We can tolerate until 11:30 am if the room does not have an arrival guest for the day.

    For later check out charges, it is the following:

    11:30 am - 01:00pm 50 CAD plus tax

    01:00 pm - 02:00pm 100 CAD plus tax

    After 2:00 pm Full Day price plus tax

  • Quiet Hours Policy

    Please be considerate and courteous to other guests regarding noise between 10 pm to 7 am.

  • Prepaid Bookings

    Unless the transaction takes place directly at the hotel, Pre-Paid Bookings require a Credit Card Authorization form to be completed and faxed to the hotel (250) 388-4302.  This form is available by calling the hotel directly (250)388-4302.

  • Candle, Incense, Essential Oils

    Candle, incense, essential oils (diffusing, vaporizing, etc.) are prohibited.  These items and activities will be treated as smoking, a fine accessed, and the guest may be evicted with no refunds.  


  • Cancellation Policies

    The cancellation policies vary from 48 hours to non-refundable, depending on the rate code you booked. You may cancel your reservation without charge up to 48 hours prior to 4 pm (PST) on the date of your arrival. If you do not cancel your reservation and fail to arrive, you will be charged for one night's room and tax. Any remaining nights of your reservation will be released. Please ensure to obtain a cancellation number from the hotel, as this is your guarantee that you will not be charged. Kindly keep the cancellation number with you to avoid any disputes.

  • Damage Policy

    At the Robin Hood Inn & Suites, we take pride in maintaining our rooms to the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene. Our rooms are inspected daily to ensure they meet these standards.


    Our laundry department uses industrial machines, cleaning agents, and stain removers.

    Our professional drycleaning staff are truly experts at their profession, however some stains are simply unremovable. If the drycleaning staff determine linens, or towels that are collected from your room for washing upon your departure are severely stained and damaged, appropriate replacement costs will be applied to your final bill.


    If any damages are discovered to the room, fixtures or furniture during your stay or upon check-out, we will assess the situation and apply applicable charges to your final bill at the discretion of hotel management. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in maintaining the quality of our accommodations for all guests.
