Although we are starting to see an easement of COVID-19 restrictions, we will continue to use our rigorous protocols for your safety and comfort.
Our award-winning housekeeping team has built an impeccable reputation for setting higher benchmarks for quality and being of service. Their cleaning procedures and safety protocols align with our public health experts such as the Vancouver Island Health Authority, the BC and Canadian Centres for Disease Control, the World Health Organization, and WorkSafeBC.
Temporary Measures
• We are maintaining the no-touch guest registration protocol that includes social distancing.
• The Great Room is temporarily closed. We hope to reopen as soon as we can.
• Continental buffet breakfast is only available by room service.
• For safety and cleanliness concerns, we are now placing two sets of towels per registered guest in your room. Please confirm the number of guests at the time of booking. We are happy to provide you with more towels when needed by calling our Guest service team.
• Our courtesy shuttle service is limited to a maximum of three passengers seated in the back row. Face masks and hand sanitizers are provided.
E-bikes are complimentary and are available to our guests to use. We recommend that you reserve ahead. We disinfect our E-bikes after each use.
Above all else, we guarantee that you will have the best sleep ever on our Stearns & Foster mattress wrapped in the Opulence collection of fine hand-feel linens and pillows.
